VLI applications
For those unable to complete the application and reference online, please download and fill out the reference and application forms below to apply to VLI.
A $50.00 non-refundable fee is due with the application.
You can either send a check or go to our Make a Payment page where you can pay the application fee. Please reference your name when making the payment.
Upon receiving your application, you should receive an email from VLI confirming that your application has been received. If you do not receive an email within 14 days, please call VLI Admissions department at 614-259-5340, or email us at info@vli.org to confirm we are in receipt of your paper application.
Please remember to send in your filled out reference form from your pastor at the time you submit your application. You are expected to contact your reference directly to complete the reference form. Your application, reference form, and $50 application fee are required to be submitted before being processed in admissions.
Please note that applications require 2 weeks for processing once all components including application, reference and deposit are received by VLI.
