Vineyard Leadership Institute is supported spiritually, materially
and financially by
Vineyard Columbus.
VLI does not participate in US Department of Education “Title IV” funds typical of accredited educational institutions. Students who attend VLI pay using one of the following methods:
Self funded. Students use their own funds to pay tuition, due on the first day of each quarter.
Pre-Payment. Students pay for their first quarter's tuition in full, either in advance of or by the due date. They then make regular payments towards the next quarter’s tuition [monthly payments are $175.00]. Accounting will apply payments made towards the next quarter's tuition. These will also be reflected in the new quarter's tuition statement. This option eases the burden of paying the full tuition amount out of one pay period.
Family Support. Students request assistance from family members who share the financial burden of training.
Support from their local church. Students apply to their home church for full or partial reimbursement of tuition expenses.
Support from small group. Students share with their small group their call and financial need.
A $50 non-refundable application fee is due with the application.

Tuition is $525 per quarter. Tuition is due in full by the first day of the quarter.
Other Fees -Books are not included in the cost of tuition. Students must buy the books required for each class on their own from a bookstore or the web. These costs will vary from quarter to quarter though they usually run around $30-50/quarter. From time to time students may be charged for additional texts, readers, or personality tests that cannot be purchased on their own. These historically have been no more than $20/quarter.
Re-enrollment Fee -If you choose to return to VLI after withdrawing from the program, there will be a $25 Re-enrollment fee due with the Letter of Intent.
If two or more students are related, living in the same household, and attend VLI in the same quarter, one student will pay 100% of the tuition costs as stated above and each additional student will pay 50% of tuition costs. This discount does not apply to non-tuition fees the student may be charged.
Tuition account must be in good standing
Failure to pay tuition by the due date, the first day of the quarter, may result in further action being taken or being withdrawn from the program. Any and all tuition MUST be paid in full to graduate.
If you withdraw from VLI prior to the first day of the quarter, you will receive a full refund of your tuition.
If you withdraw from VLI after the first day of the quarter, you will receive a prorated refund of your tuition.
If you withdraw from VLI after the 21st day of the quarter, you will not be issued a refund or a credit of any kind.
